David Gergacz, Chairman
Mr. Gergacz has more than thirty years of experience in the communications, computer hardware, and software industries. He has successfully developed or revitalized a number of companies, and has held a number of senior executive positions with corporations such as Sprint, Cincinnati Bell, Rogers Cantel and Unitel.

Dennis Hayes
Mr. Hayes, the inventor of the modern computer modem and the Hayes modem command language, is a recognized technology industry leader, company founder, entrepreneur, senior management executive, and company director.

John Jordan
Mr. Jordan founded the Jordan Companies, a group of privately held, diversified companies engaged in energy-related engineering, manufacturing and marketing activities, defense and aerospace consulting and international negotiations and representation.

Gisle Larsen
Mr. Larsen, the Director of Business Development at n-Tel Communications Ltd., Dubai, United Arab Emirates, has fifteen years of executive management level experience within the IT and telecommunications industries including two years as CEO for iOnosphere Asia & Middle East Ltd, a company developing a regional telecom solutions presence in Asia, Africa and the Middle East.

H. Alec McLarty
Mr. McLarty has served in various capacities from Chief Operating Officer to Chairman of the Board for three major textile companies that manufacture socks and pantyhose. He entered the telecom industry in 1987 and founded his first telecommunications company that was subsequently sold to a large, public company. During the last ten years Mr. McLarty has served as a Director of several public companies, with responsibilities ranging from Chairman of the Board, to Chairman of the Audit Committee, and Chairman of the Compensation Committee.

Michael Oyster
Mr. Michael Oyster has thirty years experience as a senior executive and entrepreneur in the telecommunications and information systems industries. Mr. Oyster has worked at senior levels in Fortune 500 companies as well as being the Chief Operating Officer of several early stage companies and has successfully redirected companies by building technology, finance, marketing and operations infrastructures. Mr. Oyster served in various senior management roles including: Executive Vice President and COO of Fusion Telecommunications International; President, Network Plus Local Services; President, Teleport Communications Group, New York, and Director of Wholesale Markets, AT&T. Mr. Oyster has a B.A. with honors in economics and finance from Olivet College and an M.S. in management from Purdue University.

Michael Brown
Mr. Brown was nominated by President George W. Bush to several Homeland Security positions, including the first Under Secretary in the Department of Homeland Security. That nomination was preceded by his unique experience as the President's appointee to lead a White House Transition Planning Office team for the newly created Department. Prior to his nomination as Under Secretary, President Bush appointed him as General Counsel to the Federal Emergency Management Agency.
