Michael Oyster — CEO
Mr. Michael Oyster has thirty years experience as a senior executive and entrepreneur in the telecommunications and information systems industries. Mr. Oyster has worked at senior levels in Fortune 500 companies as well as being the Chief Operating Officer of several early stage companies and has successfully redirected companies by building technology, finance, marketing and operations infrastructures. Mr. Oyster served in various senior management roles including: Executive Vice President and COO of Fusion Telecommunications International; President, Network Plus Local Services; President, Teleport Communications Group, New York, and Director of Wholesale Markets, AT&T. Mr. Oyster has a B.A. with honors in economics and finance from Olivet College and an M.S. in management from Purdue University.

Raymond Smith — CFO
Prior to joining Charys in April of 2004, Mr. Smith was an independent financial consultant. He is the former CFO for Professional Sports Car Racing, Inc. and Winter Brook Beverage Group, Inc. Mr. Smith was formerly the Comptroller of Burnup & Sims, Inc., a publicly traded company, in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.
