Charys Holding Company Requests Extension of Time to File Annual Report with SEC
ATLANTA--July 19, 2007--Charys Holding Company, Inc. ("Charys"), a company focused on the high growth Restoration and Reconstruction and Wireless Communications and Data Infrastructure sectors, today announced that it will request an extension of time to file its annual report, Form 10-KSB for the year ended April 30, 2007. The company has opted to file for a standard 15-day extension in order to give the Company ample time to complete its year-end audit. The current deadline for filing the Form 10-KSB with the Securities and Exchange Commission is July 30th. As extended, the deadline will now be August 14th.
