On February 14, 2008, Charys Holding Company, Inc. and Crochet & Borel Services, Inc., filed chapter 11 reorganization cases in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. Charys took this action to implement the terms of a pre-negotiated restructuring with its largest creditors.
Charys' operating subsidiaries were not included in the chapter 11 reorganization cases. Charys' business operations are continuing without interruption.
